This privacy policy describes how our IT services company, specializing in supporting organizations, collects, uses, protects, and discloses clients’ personal information, in accordance with the requirements of applicable privacy laws in the private sector.

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our IT services, including:

  • First and last names and professional contact details of responsible individuals within organizations;
  • Technical information related to organizations’ IT systems;
  • Email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information;
  • Data related to the use of our services and the management of technical incidents.

Collection is carried out transparently, with the prior consent of the individuals concerned, except in cases provided for by law.

Personal information is retained only during IT support provision, or for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When this information is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed.

In accordance with Law 25, any individual has the right to access their personal information, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal obligations. Requests can be addressed to our Privacy Officer.
